Driver Busted With Mannequin in MnPass Lane
We have a Trooper Tale you won’t believe. Earlier today, an MSP Sergeant stopped a woman who was driving in the MnPASS lane with a mannequin in her backseat! It happened on 35W south of Minneapolis. The driver claimed someone dared her to do it. Turns out she was driving on a suspended license and she ended up receiving two citations.
